Yoga

One of the oldest forms of alternative treatment practiced in India for more than 5000 years, Yoga is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation.

Medical research has proven that yoga is the best remedy. Yoga calms the nervous system, balances the body, mind, and spirit, prevents specific diseases, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, and improves coordination, flexibility, concentration, sleep, and digestion. It has also been used as supplementary therapy for such diverse conditions as cancer, diabetes, and asthma.

Yoga is usually performed in classes under the supervision of experts. Visit saunadream.com for more information about yoga.

Yoga is such an effective form of exercise. It has been found that the body which may have been quite rigid starts experiencing a remarkable flexibility in even those parts which have not been consciously worked upon for people who practice yogic exercises regularly

Physical benefits are just one of the advantages of yoga. What yoga does is harmonize the mind with the body and this results in real immense benefits. It is now an open belief that the will of the mind has allowed people to achieve extraordinary physical targets, which proves beyond doubt the mind and body connection.
